However, I would like to have my option of setting the computer to notify me when there are NEW updates, and (I) make the decision when to download and install them.

Following many Samsung S series phones, the Note series is now receiving the latest July 2017 security patch update. This includes the international Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F with firmware build number N910FXXS1DQG5, the US carrier variant Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Baseband version N910PVPS4DQG1. Soon more carrier variants shall receive the same including Verizon, AT&T,T-Mobile Note 4. The OTA update is still based on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and not the latest Android 7.0 Nougat. The Note 4 may soon receive the Samsung Experience 8.1 update. However, for now, you will have to settle for the TouchWiz update only.

Update [February 07, 2017]: AT&T Galaxy Note 4 is now receiving a minor OTA update with January security patch. The update is 45.5MB in size and comes with firmware build N910AUCS2EPK3.

Download windows 10 64 bit updates manually its so irritating to download big big updates file every time when i format my laptop.Is there any method to manually download KB update file and add it to windows 10 64 bit iso file.don't give such opinion to create risque disk.any other solution would be very helpful.
How to Download and Install August 2017 Security patch for Galaxy Note 4? There are basically two ways to install the August 2017 security patch updates on Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The first one is to download OTA(Over the air) update and install it via stock recovery.

Step 1: Make sure your Note 4 device is running stock firmware.

Step 2: Note down the exact model number and the CSC code or the region it belongs to.

Step 4: Download and run the latest Odin tool on PC as administrator.
